A dense and— at first —difficult album, Bomp&Grime unfolds like a labyrinth, full of buzzsaw guitars, double drum sets, and stinging synths. But once past the Sturm und Drang one discovers the archaic lyrical digressions and experimental song structures that unfold to elevate the album and make it unlike anything you’ve heard before.

The same sessions also spawned its dark fraternal twin Strategy&Starvation.
